Full
site services can be made available from the company. This means that
the customer can expect professional services and supervision for any
Vector Drive Systems equipment, regardless of location.
We have provided supervision for mines located in CHILE, the Far East of RUSSIA and sites as remote as Western Tanzania's Shinyanga District.
In
addition the company will develop a full scale training program for your
maintenance staff. This means that we will review all project related
drawings in detail plus provide a full factory authorized training seminar.
The training seminars will use Yaskawa training manuals as well as the
standard Technical Manuals and our small scale Demo units for full class
participation. Perhaps one of the best features for site maintenance staff
is having a full trouble shooting class, focusing on Yaskawa tried and
proven techniques to evaluate the problem.
Vector Drive Systems Inc. has fully authorized factory trained field technicians, to evaluate maintenance schedules, trouble shoot any drive problems regardless of the make of ASD inverter.
We have the latest technical equipment to monitor, evaluate and collect data from any of your problems. We can and do search all possible sources to get hard to find parts, for an out of production VFD inverter from various makers. You should know that the Yaskawa VFDs that are in our plant from third generation forward, will have full parts support.
The Legacy parts program will carry forward primary parts and boards for Ten [10] years after production has stopped. This is about 150% longer than most other drive manufacturers and complements Yaskawa's extra ordinary Mean Time Between Failure [MTBF 28-yrs], a Life Cycle cost factor. The average MTBF of 28 years, is a leading factor in design and is a quality that contributes to Yaskawa leading position in the ASD products field.
